Implication for health policy/practice/research/medical education:
Early-onset or infantile nephrotic syndrome (NS) may be associated with a number of systemic syndromes. It is imperative to diagnose the underlying syndrome correctly as it has considerable therapeutic implications. Given the rarity of such syndromes, it is mandatory to document fine phenotypic details of such cases to increase the understanding of such disorders.
